Schönbrunn Castel and Leopold Museum|| travel diary

Anyoung everybody! Today I’ll tell you about Schönbrunn Castel and Leopold Museum.

First of all, lets’ talk about tickets, you have many choices, but, in my opinion, the best one is the classic pass, which includes Grand Tour of the Palace with audio guide, Privy Garden, Maze & Labyrinth, Orangery Garden and Gloriette with viewing terrace and those are the prices:

I advise you to buy tickets online, but if you want you can buy them there. The audioguide is very detailed and useful, the visit lasts like 1h30, to see everything you’d need like 3\4h. Inside is not allowed to take pics, so I’ll show you the pics of the outside.
In the labyrinth you can make some routes that you can make, you have to try to escape and find the exit. At least it is very funny, overall if you are with your friends. Then we saw the Orangery and the Gloriette, the Gloriette is really beautiful, but as always you’ll see the pictures down here.

After, we went back to the Hotel because it was raining and then we went to see the Leopold Museum, which is really amazing. Here there is a big section dedicated to Schiele, the first floor is dedicated to Klimt. This museum is really amazing, I loved very much the division of the works, and also there was a lot of space, so it wasn’t so crowded.

After we had dinner at 1516 brewing company because it was very late and it was still open. This time I tried the Goulasch, that was very good. The prices were content, and low for Wien’s standards, we paied like 15 euro pro person. After we went back to the hotel and just packed our lugges for the return.

That’s all! Anyoungg
